Development of pyswarm began in April 2006 and reached its first mile-stone Beehive's Pride in August with the first public unstable release.
Since then multiple releases have been made with several improvements and new features. pyswarm is heading to the next mile-stone Young Pickerl which should represent a proof-of-concept with a basic set of features covering the SDK (particularily the generator) as well as the target architecture for which applications are generated.
As development is approaching it's getting time to consider how the project can be improved by taking benefit from the experience made until now. So it is possible to reach the next mile-stone Rocking Herring - the pyswarm 1.0 final release ready for production use.
