You can directly submit a feature request to the pyswarm Feature Requests Tracker and follow the instruction provided in the submit form.
If you are uncertain that your feature request is already realized or planned or probably still needs discussion you may want to discuss it first with the community:
subscribe and post your idea to the pyswarm-users mailing-list (very low traffic)
register at SourceForge (if not done already) and post to the Discussion forum
ask on IRC channel #python on irc.freenode.net where the author is usually online with the nick anipy.
